Mock-Ups and Shipping Policy

 Mock-Up Fee:  

• For custom orders, we charge a $15 mock-up fee. This fee covers the time and effort our design team invests in creating a digital mock-up based on your specifications.
• The mock-up fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the order.

• If you choose to continue with the purchase, the $10 mock-up fee will be credited toward your order total.
• It’s our way of valuing your commitment and ensuring that you receive a personalized product you’ll love.

 Processing Times

• Processing Time: All orders have a 2-week processing time before they are shipped.

 Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)

 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total and selected shipping method.

 Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 Missing or Damaged Packages

• In the rare event of a missing or damaged package, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Return Policy

No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer direct refunds.

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

I understand that sometimes you need a custom order in a hurry! Rush orders are accepted based on availability and will incur an additional fee. Please review the following rush order guidelines:

• 5-7 Business Days Turnaround: +25% of the total order cost
• 1-2 Business Days Turnaround: +50% of the total order cost
• Same-Day/24-Hour Turnaround: +75-100% of the total order cost (based on complexity)

• Rush orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Availability depends on my current workload. Please reach out before placing a rush order.
• Shipping times are separate from production times. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• Custom orders require approval before rush processing. Some complex designs may not qualify for rush service.
