 Mock-Up Fee:  

  • For custom orders, we charge a $10 mock-up fee. This fee covers the time and effort our design team invests in creating a digital mock-up based on your specifications.
  • The mock-up fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the order.
Applying the Fee:
  • If you choose to continue with the purchase, the $10 mock-up fee will be credited toward your order total.
  • It’s our way of valuing your commitment and ensuring that you receive a personalized product you’ll love.

 Processing Times

  • Processing Time: All orders have a 2-week processing time before they are shipped.

 Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)

 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total and selected shipping method.

 Missing or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare event of a missing or damaged package, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Once you give the green light, we’ll proceed with creating your custom item.

Communication:

  • Clear communication is essential. If you have any changes or concerns during the mock-up stage, please let us know promptly.
  • We want to guarantee your satisfaction with the final product.

Exceptions:

  • In the rare event of a production error (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect colors), we will rectify it promptly at no additional cost.
  • However, changes requested after mock-up approval may incur additional charges.
